"Mängel gegenstände hängen" is a composition for five kitchen radios which are mounted over the seats of a Viennese tram. Everyone of the five battery powered radios receives an FM signal on a different frequency from a self made mini FM transmitter.
These transmitters have a limited range and a poor transmission quality. These properties influenced the playback of the composition. This is supported by manually turning the radios.
